The RQT programme is for teachers in their second or third year of teaching and aims to support them with the further development of their teaching practice. Over the course of the programme senior leaders will provide individuals with the opportunity to reflect on their development and support their professional development. They will also have the opportunity to share good practice with their peers and develop supportive networks.
With thanks to some funding that we have secured from the STEM centre we are pleased to be able to offer a range of STEM CPD for Teachers and Science/Maths Leads. Offered by STELLAR Science Learning Partnership this session focuses on Designing a quality primary science curriculum. The relationship between the science curriculum and wider, whole-school curriculum priorities will be considered. Science has the capacity to support and contribute to addressing wider priorities for learners and making such opportunities explicit can be enormously helpful.
